Refund policy

Return Policy:

-Buttendz will accept returns of any grips that are NEW & UN-USED inside of 60 days of the original purchase date.

-These grips must have been purchased through buttendz.com with the name, address, and order # included with the return.

-Please include original tube packaging and application spray.

-We can issue a refund to your credit card upon receipt.

 

60 Day Warranty:

-Buttendz offers a ONE-TIME free replacement warranty for any damaged grips from normal use inside 60 days of the original purchase date. Must be purchased through buttendz.com  

-Please email us at info@buttendz.com with:

• a picture of the grip
• Order #(buttendz.com)
• and a brief description of how the grip was damaged
